      Is there any sugar in protea?
      We've filtered out the sugar from whey protein, leaving behind 0 sugar and 0 lactose in every bottle. 

      protea is lightly sweetened with a low-calorie blend of naturally sourced stevia leaf extract and erythritol.

      Stevia is a plant grown in South America, where people traditionally used the leaves to sweeten teas and herbal drinks. Today, we use a purified extract from those same leaves, to give a light, crisp sweetness. We pair stevia with erythritol, a naturally occurring sweetener found in small amounts in fruits like watermelons and grapes.
      What ingredients do you use in protea?
      Grass-fed whey protein isolate, combined with real tea. We don't use artificial flavourings or sweeteners in the original protea line, and keep it as simple as possible.
      How does protea have clear protein?
      protea is made with an ultra-filtered form of whey protein isolate.
